Yakima Symphony Orchestra: Classical Series at The Capitol Theatre

7:30 p.m. Join the Yakima Symphony Orchestra at The Capitol Theatre for classical music concert series. Made in America is the title of Joan Tower’s 2005 Grammy Award-winning composition co-commissioned by orchestras in all 50 states. Also, on the program will be Aaron Copland’s Billy the Kid Suite and the Dvořįk Cello Concerto, written while the composer was working in the United States, performed by Cleveland Orchestra Principal Cellist Mark Kosower.
